Junior Process Engineer
The Junior Process Engineer is an entry level position for a Technically Degreed recent college graduate who is interested in working in a manufacturing environment.
The position will evaluate and enhance manufacturing methods utilizing knowledge of product design, functionality, materials and parts.
Serves as a back up to manufacturing supervision as necessary.
Brings new methods or technologies to the organization.
Develops methods to improve product quality.
Train production employees on current or proposed manufacturing methods.
Drives waste out of manufacturing processes Works with team members on improvement activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Manufacturing internships/co-ops and/or other engineering related internships.
Effective communication skills.
Other school actives such as clubs and organizations.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Able to work different shifts.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
