Looking for self starting individuals to become part of our family as a charge nurse.
As a charge nurse, you will be responsible to assist residents in all areas of daily living, complete documentation, follow care plans, medication administration, etc.
Charge Nurse Duties:
- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff - Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care - Oversee patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans - Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment - Assist with training and mentoring new nursing staff
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality - Strong patient assessment skills and ability to develop individualized care plans - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lift and move patients as needed Skills:
