Front Desk Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department - Provide information to callers and visitors about the organization - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry - Transcribe notes and documents as needed - Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness - Assist with order entry and inventory management - Provide administrative support to staff members as needed Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed We offer competitive pay, a positive work environment, and opportunities for growth within the organization.
