This person will work Monday to Friday from 8:
00am to 5:
00pm in an office environment.
The desired candidate will have prior accounting/billing related experience and a 2 or 4 year related degree.
Will perform a variety of routine to complex clerical tasks involving billing, filing, computer input, spreadsheet input, approving invoice data, customer statements, telephone inquiries, etc.

Responsibilities:
Assist Billing Department by sorting and processing driver paperwork Enter, edit and update appropriate information in AS400 computer system Assist with preparing invoices for billing Provide basic and accurate information to others in-person, via phone or email Serve as a back-up on switch board directing calls to others, as well as greeting guests Perform other clerical duties such as filing, sorting, photocopying, data entry and scanning Skills:
Work experience in customer billing or accounting is helpful Professional attitude and appearance Familiar with Microsoft office products Ability to work accurately with numerical information and be proactive when issues arise Ability to work productively in an environment where interruptions are frequent Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks 2 or 4 year degree preferred Job Type:
