REMANUFACTURING JOB DESCRIPTION Associate will be required to dissemble and assemble parts based on customer requirements.
TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED REMANUFACTURING JOB REQUIREMENTS MUST PASS A PHYSICAL AND DRUG SCREENING The associate must be able to stand on their feet in one spot and/or walking a lot back and forth during the process.
Using hand and or air tools such as a hammer, air impacts, air guns, hoists, etc.
Using Arbor and Pneumatic presses to assemble and disassemble transmission components.
Using measuring devices such as torque wrenches, calipers, and height gauges.
MUST be team oriented as well as self-motivated and self-sufficient.
Bring a positive attitude into work each day with the mindset to perform all customer requirements.
Must be able to maintain the cleanliness of of the work environment during the workday as well as at the end of the day to comply with customer required contamination levels.
Must be able to MULTITASK and willing to adapt and adjust to changes throughout the workday.
Will be required to perform multiple processes at any given time.
Must have a solid quality-oriented mindset while being able to maintain productivity requirements.
GOOD ATTENDANCE including being prompt to all pre-shift meetings, breaks, and lunches.
This is to include being at the workstation and fully prepared on time EVERY time.
EXCELLENT safety practices are a necessity, This is to include but not limited to being aware of your surroundings, mindful of other associate's surroundings, and handling all tooling and equipment in a safe manner.
