Their duties include, but are not limited to:
Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive team environment that encourages collaboration.
Procuring, configuring, and installing computers, printers, peripherals, and other hardware.
Troubleshooting and repairing hardware systems as needed.
The procurement, maintenance, and installation of business software on computer systems in support of organizational requirements Troubleshooting and repairing software solutions as needed.
Assisting with the development, implementation and testing of disaster recovery procedures.
Using a ticket tracking system to help manage and prioritize requests.
Supporting mobile communications devices.
Supporting barcoding equipment including scanners.
