Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Art Support Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring the smooth processing of art related escalations.
Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be crucial in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for art issues in a fast paced, energetic, hybrid work from home environment.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding order status, product knowledge, and art-related escalations over the phone, email, or via chat.
Answer inbound calls and demonstrate professional phone etiquette when interacting with internal and external customers.
Communicate effectively and professionally via email, ensuring clear and thorough communication with customers.
Provide product specification information and assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements.
Proactively assist customers, sales representatives, and coworkers in resolving complex issues and addressing information requests.
Maintain accurate and timely communication with business partners to communicate resolutions and plans of action.
Serve as a resource within the art department, supporting day-to-day activities.
Provide technical and product information to address customer inquiries.
Skills and
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background in graphic design is helpful, but not required.
1-3 years of related professional experience.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Internet usage.
Ability to handle detailed information in a fast-paced environment and remain professional in difficult and stressful situations.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and multitask effectively.
Exceptional telephone communication skills.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change.
Strong team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and productively without direct supervision.
Demonstrated mastery of customer service skills.
Strong knowledge of our product offerings and decoration techniques.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
